The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site is passed to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Our shipping cost includes, handling, package and in some cases insurance. Due to the fact of these costs, the amount listed on the package does not always reflect the actual amount you are charged at check out. Please note, due to the products being Handmade, some orders may take 2 weeks for delivery.

• Return Policy

Ashley Petite items purchased at full price are returnable within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have original tags and packaging. Any damages must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a refund/exchange. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
